Pak Choi

It is a Chinese cabbage characterized by fleshy and crisp leaves, with a delicate and slightly bitter flavor. Food widespread on the Asian tables. Its leaves are similar to those of chards, but it belongs to the Brassicaceae, such as cabbage, kale, white cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and turnip top. From a nutritional standpoint the Pak-Choi is a precious vegetable, rich in nutrients, also double comparing with the amount of white cabbage.
